With our team being from anglophone cultures it is impossible not to associate coffee with cake. As far as we are concerned the two go hand-in-hand. We bake fresh cakes in house every morning.

We have a concise lunch menu available from mid day until 2:30pm, it is ‘Mediterranean inspired’ in taste and designed nutritionally around cyclists’ needs. Upon creating the menu we took a lot of inspiration from a book called ‘Vélochef – food for competition and training’ written by Henrik Orre who worked as Team Sky’s chef for many years. In his words “Just because food is healthy, it doesn’t need to be boring”.

The lunches we serve are designed for eating pre-ride, allowing you to leave Musette ready to take on the road. Our menu is also very tasty and just so happens to be vegetarian as well. We can also make healthy home-made energy bars and chocolate date brownie balls to give you extra fuel for your rides.
